Due to terminal congestion, lack of appointments, lack of chassis – PNW BROKERAGE INC will not be responsible for demurrage and per diem if they occur.

Due to the on-going equipment imbalance issues that steamship lines and port terminals are experiencing, any refusal by port terminals to allow empty return to a congested terminal will result in additional charges for subsequent yard storage and yard pull expenses incurred by PNW BROKERAGE INC
